What the die does
A good Anti-Gravity roll creates a blue spherical zone at the landing point. Players and objects inside it can float. It can help with gaps or platforming, but it is a local effect rather than permanent low gravity for the entire manor.
Place it along your route
- Find the gap, ledge or obstacle you want to cross.
- Choose a landing point that puts the floating zone across your intended movement path.
- Throw the die and wait to see the result.
- Enter the zone and move toward the destination.
An object you want to move also needs to enter the same zone. Throwing the die beside a route is not useful if you never pass through its area.
Limits to remember
The die is single-use and carries bad-roll risk. Do not assume a fixed radius, duration, infinite flight or immunity to fall damage.
Keep enough space to land safely when the effect ends. If a particular ledge can be reached by ordinary climbing, do not spend the die simply because it is available.
The dice-throwing idol
V0.44.14 changed the dice-throwing idol to launch Anti-Gravity dice instead of explosive dice. That change does not give the die itself damage, revival or unlimited use.
For the attic, follow the Corridor Key climbing route rather than treating this effect as a guaranteed shortcut.
