One to six players
The Steam Early Access version supports 1–6 players. A full lobby is six people in total, including the host.
You can also play solo by hosting a room alone and starting the board.
Playing with a group
Use the same Early Access version when organizing your lobby. Six players do not need a mod to raise the player limit.
Choose a host who can return for the next session: that player holds the run’s save. See saves and checkpoints before changing hosts.
Demo and modded lobbies
Older demo descriptions mention a four-player limit. That does not change the six-player limit of Early Access.
Do not assume that a demo client can join an Early Access lobby, that console cross-play is available, or that a mod for more than six players is compatible with every update.
